You will be provided with an educational experience which both complements and challenges accepted thinking, norms and perceptions in business and management.<br/><br/>All of our management degrees are dual accredited with ILM, the UKs leading Leadership and Management Awarding Organisation. This means you can gain ILMs Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management subject to passing the relevant modules.<br/><br/>The first year of this degree is shared with the following degrees:<br/><br/>Human Resource Management BA<br/>Marketing BA<br/><br/>This means that you will have the option to switch to any of our business management BA degrees at the end of your first year.<br/><br/>Our courses will provide you with an in-depth understanding of contemporary management techniques, and will allow you to develop the skills to become an effective and socially responsible manager in local and global arenas, whether in public, private or third sector organisations and enterprises.
