It also ensures you gain core scientific skills in data analysis and laboratory techniques.<br/><br/>At the start of your degree, you will be able to follow your interests, choosing from one of five pathways comprising compulsory and option modules from the following complementary subject areas:<br/><br/><br/>- Astronomy and Planetary Science + Bioscience<br/><br/><br/>- Astronomy and Planetary Science + Data Science<br/><br/><br/>- Earth and Environment + Bioscience<br/><br/><br/>- Bioscience + Data Science<br/><br/><br/>- Cognition and Neuroscience + Bioscience<br/><br/><br/>**How you will learn**<br/><br/>This course is available to study full- or part-time and is taught via lectures, seminars and tutorials.<br/><br/>Our teaching philosophy is based around flexibility, allowing you to fit this degree around other commitments. Our core teaching is **in the evening** and our bioscience modules also offer afternoon classes. Some of our modules may also offer pre-recorded lectures that you can access whenever you need, and classes that you can attend online using our online teaching platform. There are also two daytime field trips.<br/><br/>**Foundation Year**<br/><br/>If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study.
