If something goes wrong, you are the first to come up with a solution.<br/><br/>Our BSc (Hons) Events Management degree will equip you with the tools to help you create, organise, and manage a wide variety of specialist events from the consumer focused, to the business oriented. During your first year you will study Literacies in Higher Education, Introduction to Life Sciences, Contemporary Issues and Into ARU and from year 2 you will begin the shared business portfolio model to receive a thorough grounding in all aspects of running a successful organisation from finance, law, organisational behaviour, strategy, and marketing.<br/><br/>While studying at ARU, you’ll make strong professional connections, build a portfolio of your events management experience and with regular opportunities to work with events professionals in the Peterborough area, you will increase your employability and grow in confidence.<br/><br/>At ARU, we understand it’s important to learn and develop your skills in a practical environment and enhance your employability. That’s why we host regular visits from local employers and professionals, allowing you the chance to build a network and make connections.<br/><br/>Throughout your Events Management degree, you’ll get an insight into the wide variety of roles available within the industry.
